PHP8でエラーが出ます

おせわになります

wordpressでPHPのバージョンを8以上にしてと表示されるため変更したところ以下のエラーが出ます（＊はフォルダ名＝伏字）

PHP7.4.33では上記エラーも出ませんが非対応プラグインがだいぶ増えてきたので8にしたいのですが…どうしたらいいでしょう？

書き忘れました

WPのバージョン 6.8.3

PHP の推奨バージョンは 8.3 以上と表示されていますが 8.0.30以上のすべてのバージョンでエラーがでました。よろしくお願いいたします
